SDS's (Safety Data Sheets as from 01/01/2011 will be available online from our website.
Due to a national ovehaul of all State and Federal Dangerous Goods and OH & S Legislation/s, there has been a major change with the supply of and maintainence of Safety Data Sheets.
We at EFD Simply Glues are only too happy to comply with these latest changes and additions to the various State and Federal laws as they make the application of the applicable Regs understandable and common right across Australia. We no longer have the conflicting and confusing State Laws that varied from State to State.
However, let it be fully understood, that abuse of the application of these Regulations will still be construed as a Restriction of Trade.
SDS's will be added as we update and revise the current SDS's to the new required standards.
Application and use of all our products other than the intended use will void any warranty that may be implied or expressed.
